Defenitvely. besides my own work I am a sounding board to my Boss, in her absence I take major desicion for which later on I get the blame if they don't work and you know who takes the credit if they work.. I organise lunch, parties, transport back up , meeting with clients etc at a drop of a hat, I even give maths tution to Boss's children and golf tips for free to her hubby, I think I am being fleeced at the pay I am getting. I have also taken my boss shopping at times.
