On sunday i went to an unusual birthday party.... both hubby and wife had turned 60 on the same day and had thrown a big bash.... they had invited all their friends, some were childhood friends. Each friend spoke on the mike for a few minutes. One said they had not seen each other for 42 years even though they had grown up together as kids. They had lost contact but some how this birthday man had searched him out and invited him.... he cried as he narrated their childhood experiences.It was really touching and everyone had tears in their eyes. that day i realised how poor and incomplete we are without our friends.
