Yup , The corporate world Amazingly Looking the successor to chairman Ratan Tata . He will Retire on December 2012.. Ratan tata Took the charge of Chairman in 1991 . and The groups sales have grown by almost 25 times . So it would be very Tough to be keep this record and revenue in coming years , So the successor should have high Potential

There is a Committee set for to determine new Head For Tata Group . Most probably Mr Noel Tata take over the charge . Also hearing the name of PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi and Nikesh Arora, president of global sales operations and business development for Google Inc.

Tata Group having 100 subsidiary companies Including , the countrys biggest private sector steel company, the biggest automotive producer and the largest software exporter .So major task of the new chairman is keep the Current Growing rate by keeping high social responsibility

They faced similar situation when JRD decided to retire, at that time ratan has not proved himself, and JRD selected him over the seniors like Rusi Modi, Darbari Seth a sort of revolt took place , but to the credit of Ratan soon he took full charge of the situation and made Rusi Modi to quit and all other seniors at that time fell into line, i am sure in the last minute Ratan will name a successor
