Honourable Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is an erudite and a refined educational breeding. He holds a Master's Degree in Punjab University, D.Phil from Oxford University and an Honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Alberta. St John's College and the University of Cambridge further honoured him by naming a PhD Scholarship after him, the Dr Manmohan Singh Scholarship. He was an economist and a lecturer by Profession before stepping on the throne of leading the country.
