I am not sure what I have 2 say about the Maoists....
The Maoists r not some Chinese guys, they r not foreigners, but they represent India's majority. Even in red corridor, that "Maoist infected" area or whatever fancy name u give it alone has 58 percent of India's population.
When u r own people rise against the system, many times the fault is w/ the system.

Central government cannot escape its responsibility to handle the problems related to naxalism and save he country from the danger posed by naxalite groups, by anti national forces acting from inside the country. They cannot put blame squarely on state governments saying that naxalism is law and order problem and hence a subject of state government. Only fool can accept the theory of law and order problem cited by Ministers in Central Government or leaders of Congress Party or any other person like Lalu Yadav even after experiencing large scale killing of CRPF and common men in last one month only , that too on one place only and that in Dantewara district in Chattisgarh state. This is happening despite the fact that Chief Minister of Chattishgarh is making all efforts to handle naxalism and extending all support to Central government wholeheartedly. In other states like Bihar, West Bengal, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand mass killing by naxalites has become common feature and he

Some guys are back-door entrants to power. They need, thus, the clandestine supports of dreaded outlaws. Like once Karunanidhi covertly supported Veerappan. So it is not all a new item where Laloo is involved.

The age has caught up with Lalu. He must be into mental asylum sooner, the better. He is the rascalest of all politician. He has thrived on goons which were ousted of power for obvious reasons. This rascal has laundered the entire state of Bihar with kith and kin.
And now, see this stupid fellow, just to get some votes, which he would desperately need, is banking on maoists' gun power, and garnering their support. He is blabbering anything to fall into his equation. He was a joker when people fell for his charisma, for his bafoonery to innocent public. And post defeat in each and every election and with ties& breakup with UPA, he has proved himself to be pure opportunistic, stupid, irresponsible and in many cases a traitor. Now, he is acting against a state. He must be tried as per terrorism laws and must be thoroughly investigated for the nexus he might have had with naxals during his period of ill-rule in the state of Bihar. He is a pure opportunist rascal politician for sure !

Certainly not. Instead an advice to abjure violence and come to the peace talks with UPA government would have been welcome.
