No one I suppose wants to send their parents to old age home and never feels happy in doing that. I dont think this ever gives happiness to any one. some thing in them becomes dead if they do so.

Jo log apne parents ko old age home me bhejne se nahi jhijhakte uski mansha smjhna koi mushkil nahi. aise log agar charity karte hein to bhi apne swarth ke liye........ like . for incometax rebate...........
jo apne maa baap ke liye kuch nahi kar sakte vo charity kya karenge..............

Charity begins at home.. it is very unfair to send parents to old age homes, someday they too will grow old and face the same

I fully endorse your view, in the matter sir, because if one cannot take care of their Physical parents, how can he take care of his motherland

What in the world is more important than the parents...? Parents need children every time and they need them more in their old age. Parents are a treasure. They need to be looked more carefully in their old age in particular. They are like babies who need lot of care and love. I dont say that every person becomes good, 'mahan' by default, when they reach old age. However, age need to be respected and considered. We need to understand their acts and psychology too. We too are humans. we too are bound to become old. Its a natural process. What irritates me more is the most common reason cited for sending people to old age homes : 'Compatibility issue. If people have respect for their own parents, the necessity of old age homes does not arise...!

Sending parents to old age homes or looking after them in side your home both these situations have NOTHING to do with patriotism
