Those are all ruthlessly ill-defined in our CONSTITUTION & JUDICIARY, making it alarmingly divisive amongst the Religions, castes etc.
NUISANCES of RELIGIONS are all nothing more than a few dogmas to be practiced indoors alone.
RELIGIONS, CASTES, SECTS, FAITHS etc. M U S T have no place in CONSTITUTION, JUDICIARY, POLITICS & ADMINISTRATION.

Ideally speaking, yes. But there is no place on earth which has been able to implement this. It is further aggravated in a country like India where the diversity in religion is unparalleled. We have people belonging to all faiths in most countries but most of them have one principal religion whereas in India, all the religions belong here.
