He was a candidate of BJP-now the party changed the candidate -yes if the ruling party stay away from rigging

It is a BJP candidate now. It is heard that he is soon joining Congress and will context the coming election under Congress ticket. About his chances of winning I cannot say anything at this juncture because political scenario here is rather unclear now.
