This is regarding HLL open offer to raise their stake in the company. Should the existing investors accept this offer or stay put? Why?

They should take the offer.. becuase,, HLL is giving premium rate.. whih means stocks would rise,, good for stock holders,, more capital for company,, agaion good for investors,, and HLL shoing promise in long rum for UniHind.. which is also a good sentiment for shareholders :)

This raise is stake is pointing at delisting at a later stage. so please use your experience , knowledge and decide
