One Guajarati dish is Khakhra, can anyone tell me something about this particular dish?

It is like paapad made up of atta. it is mixed with some turmeric, pepper, salt, mirchi powder mixed in atta with water added in it. then it is made very very flat like & roasted like a roti on hot TAWAA till it becomes reddish brown
