It would be only when the corruption in politics is brought to an end. We need many steps to be taken for that & the foremost being the ending of multi parties & establishing a two party system such as in the US or the UK. This would end the distraction in the minds of the voters to think on local & then National basis.
It is the main cause of voters not being able to vote in a strong govt & the elections mostly ending in a hung parliament in the past decade or more. The need for it being that only a govt with clear majority would be able to take strong steps & policies required for us to catapult our growth & economy to be a developed nation soon!!
