There can't be any quick development until and unless Govt stops interfering with their stupid rules and regulations. The CIB, Faridabad and state Govt's quality control do not check the spurious chemicals which is flooding the market and all the farmers are falling prey to it as it is cheaper. But no one realises that the quality is poor.
