Be Confidence not over confidence.
Have a Smile on your face which makes you look charmer.
Dress formally according as per your job.
Dont hide anything, tell the things truly.
Believe in yourself, everything will be good.

1. Research before you go (before you even apply). Well before your first job interview, before the phone screen, before you even call or send a resume, ask this question: Is this a company you would want to work for? Know exactly why it is. If not, then why are you there? This also reduces the possibility of stupid and embarrassing phone screen or job interview questions on your part. You should already know what products or services the company is in the business of providing, their size and their annual revenues (if they are a public company). You should also go to their website and check out their current press releases. Granted, most of this is PR fluff, but you can extract some good nuggets here by finding out what products they've just introduced, what success stories they're promoting and their most recent stock performance and growth projections. 1.Try to know before hand about the Co and its products or services-It will help
2.Be Punctual for te hinterview (They may delay but ur delay is not acceptable to many)
3.Dress well/ decently no fast colours etc- Sober colours only
4.Carry all testimonials/ Certificates call letters etc in a decent folder
5.Have shave and comb the hair neatly (As applicable)
6.Shoe preferred and No High heels(As applicable)
6.Ans only to the point
7.Do not pretend and guess-If do not know an ans say sorry no idea will help
8.When asked to describe abt yourself - be simple need not to tell whole stories-
Just start fm ur ur highest Qualfication and fm where- a brief intro abt ur dad/mom/spouse etc if married ...more

Just be informed about the company and what it wants or expects from its employees. just show them your plus points. be confident. show them ur willingness to learn, and your inherent sincerity. nothing beats that.

The best one I found was www.HelpVilla.com
It was really cheap, you get to chat with your resume expert and I got a fkn awesome resume! I didn't even know what to write in my resume (cuz I'm a fresher) and they charged $20 for everything. Worth every penny! Its a waste of time trying to draft your own resume if someone can do it for you for 20 bux.
