No one food has all the protein and vitamins, you need to eat different foods to get proteing and vitamins. For protein eat fish, chicken and red meat, if you are vegeterain eat soy beans and for vitamins and mineral eat lots of different color vegetable, not only green vegetables. Consume a lot of sprouts early iin the morning for your breakfast.
its the ideal food that has all elements required for the bod like proteins,vitamins and other minerals.
soak almonds,pea nuts overnight and eat them early in the morning this makes a better absorbtion of all nutrients by the body.
DATES are also a best source of proteins ,minerals and vitamins.
DONT TAKE MILK.... AS WE GROW OLDER THE CAPABILTY OF DIGESTING MILK BY THE BODY DECREASES.. SO DONT GO FOR IT. BUT INSTEAD YOU CAN HAVE CURD.
dont forget to take all these above mentioned food daily..
give 2hrs of gap between each intake so that it doesnt make a burden to your stomach. ...more
