As a self-styled "REFORMER" he has rightly picked-up a hot & popular topic.
Unfortunately, the "CORRUPTIONS" are the tip of an ice-berg in the INDIAN CONSTITUTION & JUDICIARY.
Had he been a little more intelligent, he would have asked for " Re-Writing The Indian Constitution & updating the Judicial System" .
Since a parallel JUDICIARY can not be allowed to run within the IPC itself, all the clauses of LOK-PAL BILL should have been incorporated well within the IPC, with stringent provisions, including "CAPITAL PUNISHMENT FOR ECONOMIC OFFENCES" too.
BUT ALAS! , the rogue politicians are not foolish-enough to dig their own graves ?
