Sikkim High Court Chief Justice P.D. Dinakaran, against whom impeachment proceedings were on in Rajya Sabha for his alleged acts of corruption said that he was being targeted for being a Dalit and blamed "vested interests" for causing calculated damage to him for not yielding to their "political demands and requests"."I have a sneaking suspicion that my misfortune was because of my circumstances of my birth in the socially oppressed and underprivileged section of society," Dalits like A. :))) this is a clear indication.. that when a person raise to a post thru Reservations.. often misuse the placement..since it is not earned by abilities.. so when caught they again take the shelter of their identity and not the Act.
So, it is a clear indication that Reservation has done harm to the country.. it it gave the placement to Identity than Ability and Integrity.

I dont agree . In Raja case it is obvious he manipulated 2G spectrum allocation for benefits of his party or personal or some other's benefits . It is easier for such people to come out with lame excuses when they are caught red handed .

Such excuses should not be used against reservation there have been scores of people in high places who were/are corrupt anfd from GC

That is the last trump card these people are using to divert the topic and creat the feeling in and among the different catagory/cast of the society ....... they are not the Dalits but they traet others as a Dalit in the name of power ..........
