There is NO political party that doesnt want to carry Goons & Criminals with them, but the people are against it. So the Supreme court judgement if carried out, it will be turning point in Indian politics. For the first time, People are winning over Politicians with the support of SC. Any com?

If there is No Judiciary India will be Governed by Goons & Criminals.

I am never so optimistic like you. India is a country with most number of complicated legislation running into thousands of pages. But have those been effective in curbing corruption or other lapses in public and social life. The one, that you are referring to will also be treated accordingly. There will be no qualitative change in the public representatives. Those who are denouncing the Ordnance have not pledged, they are not going to a single candidate with a criminal charge slapped on him.

This is the first time some thing good has happened to India.
Actually Article 'Forty Nine- O' of the Constitution provides for this ('None of the above') but NO political party ever tried to tell this to the masses since Independence. They deliberately kept it a 'secret' till now. And thanks to the Supreme Court that political parties are now cut down to size.
