You'll have to find a 22 year old actor. These names you mentioned are too old. I think Shahid Kapoor ( though much more than 22) will be suitable. His parents kept his name, Shahid, quite in harmony with the terrorist in question.

I would think Saif Ali Khan out of the list u provided and Salman Khan would probably play Mumbai cop. SRK won't fit a terrorist role too well. He tends to overact too much and there is too much emotion in his acting- not suited 2 act out a terrorist profile.
