Temples were Quantum Healing centres of Ancient India.A Sanatana Hindu is expected to go to temple every morning before the day starts(before sunrise).He should be physically and mentally clean while he does so.

when at the time of pooja or some spl progs, people may not concentrate to God so giving a signal to them to concentrate.
