There is almost no bad incident in apartment houses , other offices , market places in Delhi, NCR due to having private securities. But govt police can not rather do not provide securities in Public places to Indian citizens.What for these white elephants are kept ? After an incident they make their own stories. Thes are no less than Pakistani terroists.
