Let communities govern themselves in private personal community matters , a strong community only can stop all this , how ever their governance is not effective on those who discard the communities , such freedom must exist and people can disown the community , how ever if they own the community then their communal laws is binding on them

Inefficiency of law enforcement system is the second son in Indian horizon. Under its dark light, anything can be covered. Crime of any sort is not justifiable. Justice should not be delivered based on the emotions involved. Instead, even our system represents a blind approach. Love is blind, justice should not be.
Nothing justifies khap rulings. Love is an individual choice. Its foundation is trust. And nothing else guarantee you trust, other than a strong solid legal system. Unfortunately, we have a very fluidic legal system. In such scenario, even emotions are made tools.

When a dog gets rabies, it has to be got rid off.
Why think in terms of imprisinoning the people who are likely to be bitten by the mad dog? It is those barbarian Khap Panchayat members who have to apprehended, tried and hanged! It is each human being's birth right to love and be loved. And some of the relationships that develop out of such love might culminate in marraige! The law of the land allows that. Indians are SLAVES to many such stupid traditions. Honour killing is a NATIONAL SHAME.

Whether it is Religion or the Traditions, without "True Spiritual Knowledge" leads to "Fanaticism", and unfortunately, our today's society has got trapped in this menace. Whether it is a case of honour killing or making MMS or blackmailing, all these situations represent the lack of true spiritual Knowledge amongst the leaders of our society & sheer ignorance towards bigger goals of "meaningful life" amongst the young as well as the whole society, leading towards the sharp moral decay . Everyone is running after fulfilling their short term temporary pleasures which will lead them to nowhere.

Terming Lust, & Infatuation as Love is also wrong and we get befooled and get trapped, when we don't use our own discriminative powers.
