Well if they can take out the oil and it is of use to the nation it will definitely be a boon to the nation . It will also boost the economy further.

There are many such in different basins but unless the production cost & extent of the reserve is known whether its boon or not only time can tell

Such claims have been coming earlier too . Unless the oil starts flowing one should not believe it.
