Q.
FDI in retail is advocated, since the governance failed to give an appropriate distribution system..
Similarly, govt fails to govern the country, in case of Internal security, cross boarder threat, price rise, corruption etc.. Will the Congress surrender its sovereignty of Western Power like East India Company aquired from Mughal rulers?

First of all i do not agree that FDI in retail is advocated, since the governance failed to give an appropriate distribution system..
Second, the chances of some FDi turning out East India Company can not be ruled out.
