Non bjp/ non cong is not new concept.....it bubbles at the time of every election but never takes shape because of their different regional interests and projection of leadership.....this time too, same play is to go on.....this time no party will gain majority, it appears....chances are that bjp may emerge as single largest party and shall form govt. with it's alliances.....thus very fractured verdict is not the case....

Every subsequent general election is turning dirtier, exept for the one in 1984 in the immediate aftermath of the assassination of the then Prime Minister by her own guards.

I agree that the verdict would be most fractured............ but I also wish it is proved wrong.............. for the sake of the nation.
