The Tarun Tej[pal case has brought to light, once again, issues of rape, molestation and s*xual harassment at workplace...But, does that mean we need another law???

We have all the Laws. Who will implement? When our Judge who delivers the sentence believes in molestation of girl of his grand daughter's age, who will deliver justice, even if there are stringent laws? Tejpal has'nt molested in the work-place, but said to be on the Elevator only, will it not be a deviation from the very definition of "work-place"? (commented only light heartedly)

Power corrupts ..... absolute power corrupts absolutely......that happened in case of extremely arrogant TARUN TEJPAL......He thought that he is beyond common woman's reach......and he can manhandle any woman without being caught......but truth can never be covered like fire tried to be covered under cloth.....Answered by Pradipta pati, 09 Dec '13 03:13 pm
Yes, we badly need a law to stop ppl. from sending negative waves and panic among ppl. through social media for their vested interest.Answered by MAdhavan Avadhany, 09 Dec '13 03:11 pm
