The Supreme Court has upheld the two-year jail term for Sanjeev Nanda and ordered him to do community service for two years. The SC directed Nanda to pay Rs 50 lakh to the Centre which will be used to pay compensation to road accident victims...is it fair judgement?

It is fair enough. See this kind of accidents are caused even by normal people (It is very unfortunate) but since he is from effluent background we are looking for harsher punishment for him which is not fair. Law must be same for all.
