Hi Rujuta, I'm 5'4", 29, female, weighing 70 kg. I have too much fat in thighs, and belly. What diet and exercise should I follow to loose this fat (in 3 months) and yet staying fit?

Join a fitness club(gymnasium)...It will be a great help..
