The world isn't divided between wise and the fools. Besides them, there are people who are not wise enough and then there are people who are not fools. These are the people who need advice from those who are willing to give it to those who are willing to take it. Advice is not to be given to those who would trample upon the words of wisdom or cast them on the ground.

Human species is a rare specimen created by God in whom He endowed one unique feature - that of Free Will. It is another matter that he went to understand that as Free Licence. Thus whether there are people who need it or not or where fools abound, lot many think it is part of a social service being rendered. It is given more like the free gift coupons, which most of the time isn't used because it is always tagged to another condition, like a minimum purchase of so much value. It has more to do with a propensity that many have to do it whether asked for or ignored or derided for it.

Wise are those who have the ability to discern, make sound judgments in practical affairs which is nothing more than common sense being applied to a situation by our inner ability to read it and come to a conclusion. Some are intelligent enough to follow advice

The Flow of knowledge must not be stopped . The spreading of good values and new ideas is so much needed. let us think for moment if all these Wise men did not get advice in form knowledge or any thing from others , They would be still called Wise ?.... And fools are called fools simply because they don't want to listen any thing ...As they thought himself the perfect ...As we all know that nobody is perfect here in this world. . So Advice whether needed or not ...advice in the shape of transferring can not be stopped .if it is stopped we may see end of progress.

Advice- Easily avaialable stuffin the world.
Many want to give but nobody wants to follow 100%

Some have a bug which keeps biting them and they only get relief when they give their advise even when its not asked for.such people have a view about EVERYTHING.whether they have experienced that thing or not.even if they don't have any knowledge about a particular issue.they will still give their advice.its not them, its this "bug" which makes them give advice in the first place..lol
