The solution t assam problem is give work permit to bengladeshies in onlt stricted manners without allowing them either to buy land or name in voter lists, remaing extras should be deported back to bengladesh, borders should be properly guarded with full accountability to bsf dont you think these ways will help in improving situation in assam?

Yes. This will work. I would go a step ahead. Those who are given work-permits should do up&down and their visas should of a fortnight's duration and should be renewed after 14 days.
But the big question is whether this will be implemented properly? BSF people are known to take bribes and allow Bangladeshis to enter India (The reason for such a huge population of Bangladeshis in India). Secondly the terrain on the border is very porus. for long distances there's a river demarcating the border which is negotiable at quite a few points. The banks of the river is marshy for several hundred feet inland. No patrolling possible, but infiltration is.
