Yes, but what I understand is the terminology Siddha only is Dravidan but all other fundamentals are not much different from any other ancient medication like Ayurveda. It all based on five elements, naadi, kafa, vaayu, pitta and so so so.
Further if you look in to medication system in my if those old civilisations like Greek, Egypt, Mesopotamia, China, etc. we see ny common factors and hv much older records too.

Siddha cures most of the ailments without surgery like cancer,heart ailments .The original script is in Tamil. Ayurveda the original script is in Sanskrit .There are few medical colleges offering the course on Siddha medical system.In fact Siddha and Ayurveda are the Indian Medical systems.Even metals are purified and converted into ash .IMCOPS in Chennai is one institution.

My boss is taking treatment of the same system and have been spending a lot of money on it in Chennai but not completely cured till yet.
