Puravankara Projects is going gung ho with their expansion. Puravankara Projects are currently in the news and yes, they have announced that they are investing so much money into affordable housing. They have good projects. And many have been completed. They do offer a lot of amenities as well. If you have a good budget then buying a house at Puravankara should not be an issue!
