Which is colder? ladakh or leh?
Is there anything else, apart from army camps, in these places?

Question is ridiculous because Leh is in Laddakh area of the state of J & K .Yes there are so many places to see/visit there.You can go via Srinagar,Drass(Kargil) or via Manali....Snow Point...Kylong (only in summer because this route is closed during winter due heavy snowfall and rainy season due landslides)
