Q.

The probe into 2G scam will not be complete without calling for and verifying the due diligence reports of Unitech and Telenor for acquiring the shares of a company that did not have any tangible assets nor any cashflow as such; also the basis on which the shares were valued and what factors warranted such acquisition. Secondly, whether any amount beyond the inflated price per share was paid to any intermediaries for fixing the deal. It is common knowledge that a big loot has taken place right under the nose of the Telecom and Fin ministry -How could they escape ?
