Q.

The poor autodriver who ekes out his living on the meagre income from his petrol driven autorickshaw, pays for petrol at the market determined price. The super rich of India, who blazes the Indain roads with their super fast ,imported ,diesel powered ,speed machines pays for diesel at the heavily subsidized rates.Dont you feel concerned about this anomaly..? How to plug this loophole in the pricing structure?

Don't s speak for the auto riksha drivers, they take out their money from the passengers by hook or by crook to cover any hike in prices of petrol/CNG. On normal days also when there is no hike, they chagre at their own will even if they have a meter installed in their vehicle!!!
