The planes of Air India are are like old state Transport Buses, the outward and inner linings used to be broken or torn, made sounds from all sides; the gate between the pilot and the passengers opens suddenly and shuts automatically so often that any miscreant can have an access to the pilots- why is this govt. run system carelessly look after?

Yes. it is really dangerous. they have really become like state transport buses ... it is really dangerous for the lives of passengers.
