The person who works in night shift...
what will be their sleepin schedule? any idea?

Mere pados me ek ladka hai jo ki coca- cola- company me night shift karta hai, to jab wo ghar laut kar aata hai to to so jaata hai aur phir shaam ko 6 baje hi uthta hai, yehi uska daily ka schedule hai

Cant say what others do, but when i was doing night shift i used to be back home by 0815 sleep at 0900 and get up somewhere about 1630 to 1700 hrs if i was doing night duty again, otherwise get up by 1300 hrs
and sleep the next night
