FAREWELL:: The chilly wind blew away with it the last light of hope for a great comrade and a balanced wise-man Shri Jyoti Basu...former Chief Minister of West Bengal. He was in office of CM for 23 yrs and was recommended for PM's post too. The man who was 60% communist and 40% himself...do u think he was caught on the wrong job??...Did the CPI Politburo take a wrong decision in dissuading him from taking up PM's post undermining his political acumen n leadership qualities??

Just to recap, in order to appreciate the IMMENSE odds Comrad Basu had to work with....India is a very fertile point for global Communism. But what SHATTERED Communism from Indian mass psyche was the attack of the PRC over India which was over Porombok land. The McMahon line was signed between Imperial China and the British Raj. When british left, no more British Raj! And when Imperial China fled to Taiwan, they gave up ALL claim of their mainland territory and thus the McMahon line technically became Porombok land.
