When Swami Vivekananda called out BROTHERS AND SISTERS on a foreign soil, he was looked at with awe. Why should we be hesitant in responding to this S O S now on our soil. How do we feel when our own sisters are ill treated.? Traditionally our country was not like this. In most of the religious discourses, even now ,the women are described in the form of Shakti. Are we becoming a nation of hypocrites?

Woefully, things have changed a lot .This drift has to be stopped by all means.Equality of women with men are their right. Any assault on them is abhorrence. I endorse women competing with men in all spheres. YES. I endorse this 'new S O S'.---Venugopal.gv

No, it has a feudal touch. I wud prefer..........Empower Women........EW.
A life of dignity is their birth right.......they don't need to live at the MERCY of their "BROTHERS". They are ur fellow beings,. need not necessarily be sisters, they cud be ur friend, sister or lover as well. They don't need SAVIORS, they need liberty to walk alongside men. Safety or Protection is each human beings right.......man or women!
