The real face our Indian politicians was exposed several times in the history of Independent India. Now it is glaringly made visible to all, thanks to the developments that took place in ICTs and media, but look at the shameless people who dare to file nominations to contest in elections in the name of democracy and fundamental rights!!!The criminals are rightly misusing the loopholes in our political system and also winning elections too by their money and muscle power!!!!

Unfortunately the constitution allows them to fight election and in many cases they win too on the strength of good party image and local money and muscle power . Such people who have been charged with criminal records should be debarred from standing in any election till they are free from the charges from the court .If necessary the rule should be modified to help plug this loophole .
