The dargah (which is also known as shrine) is that of the saint, Hazrat Thameemul Ansari (rali). The dargah is located in the coastal town of Kovalam which is located in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Though India has hundreds of dargahs, this one receives special attention and following as it is that of a disciple of the Islamic prophet, Muhammad. The dargah has an area of 3 acres
