Commercial foood makers will add undesirable things, and may even serve stale food reheated. You will never know. They add colours to make it look good. They wadd chemicals which are carcinogenic in nature like ajinimoto etc., So keep off commercial food as much as possible. You are not safe even in five star restaurant.
