It has recently been decided by the Union Labor Minister Oscar Fernandes that industries with 10 or more people will now contribute towards Emplyees Provident Fund(EPF) from the previous limit of minimum 20 employees.

Itwas 10 earlier. I think the Number is increassedto 20 now. However check up with the Labour Officer of ur area.
