Q.

The logic that Shankaracharya is giving for SaiBaba.. is that he is human and Avtar and NOT God since he was in human body.

Same thing goes for Ram and Krishna both were in Human body..

The problem with Saibaba and Shankaracharya is the Donation and Trust Control..

I think we need to work towards collection of Donations towards National Accountability.

Taking a u turn religion should be made an state issue. govt should make temple, arrange yatras, ganga snans. priest should be given salaries and volunteers responsible for care of devotees. money collected in the form of donations should be utilised for better cause in more transparent ways and thugs bad guys should be punished.

This issue has religious as well as political aspects. I do not care who is after whose wealth. I will just focus on the religious aspect
In the traditional Indian religious beliefs (which has been labeled as Hinduism) no person can issue any Talibani fatwas as to whom I can worship or pass judgement as to whether I am a true Hindu or not.
This Shankarachaya gentleman, like any other keeper of organised religion, can define and interpret what is written texts.
Nothing beyond that (except for those who have accepted him as their spiritual mentor)

Nonsense..Shankracharya is simply stating that there is no provision to declare a human being a God in Hinduism..the Dasavtaram are documented in our religious books..

You are very much correct. this is a power and money Game. still....
First- swaroopanand is not a shankaracharya, he declared himself as shankaracharya and that too of two diff "Peeths", that was a Money game
Second- even when that scoundrel is not a religious Guru, he made a valid point , Including himself there are people who are making Money upon the names of saints, and God....Shirdi trust has Blackened its name for providing Loans to Mumbai Builders at the rate of 9% annually, frm the donation it receives. this shankaracharya tried to spread his claws after the last year's natural calamity at Kedarnath
Third- there is no point in talking abt the statement of an Illiterate Bug*ger who has been a parasite to the society frm the decades in the name of religious sentiments
