Bhagwan Krishna is a sampoorn ( complete) Avatar who has all 64 kala , What is that which makes Krishna avatar sampoorn but not Ram avatar as sampoorn.

Because lord rama didnot do anything beyond his MARYADA, so he was called marayada purush, whereas lord krshn didnot hesitate to break any promise to help his devotees and friends that is why he is sampoorna, go as a diplomat and also fight if necessary
