What do you think about court's verdict on Bhopal gas tragedy?

Too late and Too little!! Absolutely misleading, disgusting and inappropriate judgment. This is a disgrace to judiciary and prosecution in the 21st century. However, there was no word on Warren Anderson, the then chairman of Union Carbide Corporation of the US, who was declared an absconder after he did not subject himself to trial in the case that began 23 years ago. Anderson, who did not face trial, is based in the US. The companies--Union Carbide Corporation, USA and Union Carbide Eastern, Hong Kong --were also not represented in the trial. But why ? Even in the US or Europe the directors are responsible and can and will be convicted for all the wrong things that happen in the companies. If you cant hold directors responsible whom can you hold? Employees follow the rules and regulations of the management and it is the responsibility of the management for framing those rules and implementation too. I donot think now much about the radiation and any industrial gas or scams ,these are part and parcel of our lives ,i now take it as natural calamity , and pray to god only to keep us safe ,

the SC took everything into is hands.
and failed to deliver.
they played into the hands their masters.
denied justice,
and got away with it.
