It is a consensus decision as PM , home minister PC and leader of opposition Swaraj had no issues with Mr Pradeep Kumar . Out of many names in the panel his name was picked up and its good for the country . He was to retire in Sep this year at attaining the age of 62 but now will continue for next three years as retirement age for CVC is 65 .
