The government has said it had no choice but to hike railway fares as maintenance of public services, is it right?

Rail fares were not touched in last 10 years. It is quite just to hike the same. Only timing is absurd. They should have done the same in proper manner during coming Rail Budget.

Yes it is inevitable in the present context. But it should have been in the forthcoming Railway budget.
