Make sure you buy 3 days before the record date. As that much time is taken for shares to get into your dmat. Record date is not announced yet.

As of now the record date is not known to public / media /. As per regulations anyone possessing the shares of reliance industries before the record date, will be eligible and get the bonus. The same methodology will apply for the isue of bonus. Keep tag of the record date. It is similar to cut off date.

If you purchase this share before record daTE OR AFTER record date
No effect on profit
So you can purchase this share at any time but very soon
Reason: after recod date price will come down proportinately

Check the record date for reckoning issue of bonus shares. If you purchase it after the record date, you will not get the bonus.
