Continuing his flip-flop, Pakistani gunman Ajmal Kasab on Monday told a special court trying the 26/11 attacks case that all the four. Kasab, whose statement is being recorded by the court on evidences adduced by the prosecution, told Special Judge M L Tahaliyani that while one of the terrorists of the Taj hotel siege was a Kashmiri, another was from Gujarat.

What else can you expect from him? & actually its not his fault. Our incompetent govt. and poor law should be blamed. There are no stringent laws against terrorist or criminals. We are wasting our time, energy and money behind him when all we know that nothing will come out from it. He will never accept what he has done on 26/11. Sometimes he says that he came in Mumbai to become an actor and sometimes he says that he didnt kill anyone, he is innocent. Shame! He was the only terrorist captured alive in the Mumbai blasts. There is enough evidence against him to prove the deadly thing he has done. On the one hand is Major Unnikrishnan whose martyrdom was honored. Then why undermine the honor we accorded that dead soldier, by giving this princely treatment to Ajmal Kasab. What we are showing is not fairness; it is injustice and an insult to the people who died in the attack. Everybody knows what Kasab has done on 26/11, then what will a lawyer prove it again? Well he is trying to establish a clause of insanity. He knows he isin't getting it, so he is simply delaying the judicial process. Kassab also said that he saw his first AK-47 rifle during interrogation by Indian Army!
