I dont think doctors work round the clock. Even in hospitals there are fixed visiting hours of docs.
Rather people work in shifts no one works round the clock. Not even machines as a matter of fact.

I think its being a mother and a housewife. I never saw my mom taking any leave and she was/ is there for me even at the middle of the night.
